Vintersaga / Winter Saga

One upon a time there was a very beautiful princess living in a palace far far away.

Sadly though the princess was as lonely at heart as she was beautiful and therefore the magnificent palace and it´s wonderful garden had frozen to ice.

The only company she could enjoy was her the two fluffy cats.

Because of her lonliness there was seldom much to do other than to stroll around the frozen garden or play on the golden harp that the trolls had given her in reverence of her divine beauty.

One day the Princess decided that she had to do something to end her solitude. So she invited all the handsome princes in the country to come and celebrate the new year with her in her palace of ice.

But despite of the lovely invitationcards she stod there all alone with the beautiful table set and the champagne bottles opened.

Not a prince in sight. The thought crossed her mind:
Oh! Fine and elegant people always arrive late! And she changed her dress just in case...

Men än hade ingen kommit.

And she spent the time waiting changing dresses. The Princess was worried she would not look good enough when all the princes arrived. But not the tiniest sound of a horse carriage was heard…..

Devistated and lonlier than ever the Princess went to her garden and played on her golden harp.

The sad silvery tunes were heard all the way to the home of the trolls in the enchanted forrest. The hearts of the trolls were filled not only with delight but also with great sorrow. A lonely and broken heart was reviled through the sadest of tunes.

The trolls emmidiately decided to help her so off they went to find the most handsom princes ever. Many of the princes were doubtful because of the rumours that told the Princess heart had frozen to ice.

One prince was very lonely himself but curious and amazed over her beauty. This gave him strength and courage to visit the frozen palace.

On the way to the palace another prince joined them. With his varm eyes he declaired that he had heard about the beautiful princess and that the main task of his life was to worship beautiful women!

Fog covered the enchanted forrest when the two princes arrived and greated the princess with their varm smiles. The ice melted, the garden flourished and the Princess felt happy beyond beliefs.

Together they danced , drank and ate till the morning broke and they entered a new Year. Spring finally found it´s way into the heart of the Princess and she felt warm and happy. And to be honest….Who wouldn’t!!!

Gott Nytt År på Er Alla!

Happy New Year to You All!
